Hair/Makeup Challenge: Day 5

Okay, I know, where is day 4? Well... day 4 was not good. I was up way later than I should have been the night before, it was snowing outside, I had a lot of work to do. Basically, in the last 3 days, I have created a show - the cast, what will happen in the first episode plus some plots that will go throughout the series, and then written a 28 page script. I've been busy, plus since I really hope they let us do this, I put effort into it. So, I had a whole idea for the day, I actually was really excited to do it. Very springy look, which would've looked ridiculous as it was snowing/raining/hailing. So I will do it sometime this weekend and post it. I know sort of cheating.

Here was my inspiration for today, hair and makeup, Kate Beckinsale:

Eyes:

The eyes were pretty easy. I put Stila Kitten all over the eyelid and up to the brow. I first put on MAC Knight Divine, a charcoal grey shawdow, all over the lid. Then I put MAC Brown Down on top of that to give it more dimension and blended that up a little farther. I then put a thin line of Sephora Liquid Eyeliner in Noir. I lined the bottom with the NARS Black Moon eyeliner pencil, went over it with Kitten, then went over that with Brown Down. C'est tout! I put on some bronzer, a little bit of blush and then some lip gloss.

My interpretation:

Okay, so I didn't make it as poofy in the front, but I really liked this look. All I did was curl the ends of all my hair and pulled it back in a higher ponytail. I left one piece hanging down to wrap around the hair tie. Then I left some of the front out, teased it, brushed it back with a little poof and bobby pinned it down. Hairsprayed it. Wrapped the piece of hair around the hair tie and I was done. It was actually really easy. And girls at work commented on how pretty and cute my hair looked. I will definitely be doing this one again!
